how to wear a dress 6 different ways

With a new season entering the stage we can give or wardrobes a little much-needed refresh. You can give a try to more light and colorful alternatives that can make you feel comfortable and confident. If you’re on a budget, or simply you want to make the most of what you have, these ideas are for you.

We're going to share with you some options so you can maximize your dress collection. You can wear the same piece of clothing regularly without it being anything but boring and basic.

Having this in mind, we challenged ourselves to create different ways to wear the same dress having in mind versatility and style. From everyday casual ideas to date night and even wedding formal, we pull off some styles to inspire you. What we love so much about these options is how anyone can wear them and apply their signature.

No matter your vibe, body type or occasion you can pull off any of these 6 styles. One of the things that we love about this particular dress is the neutral shade that it has. Its rose blush pink color makes it versatile and timeless and its one-shoulder cut makes it sexy and different perfect to wear with other pieces.

If you are looking for a staple dress this season, look no more. This piece will make your closet so much better. So let's dig into the details.

6 ways to wear a dress

The Classic Look

Let’s start with the classic way to wear it. For you to pull off these options the dress should be a bodycon style. This way you can layer other pieces more easily.  For this particular inspo, we just added an embellished belt and some neutral high heels. Depending on the occasion you can switch the belt to a casual one and pair it with some platforms.

6 ways to wear a dress button down shirt

With a Button-Down Shirt

A different way to wear it is with a button-up denim shirt and a wide belt. This look is more casual and is one of our favorites. It covers the top part of the dress giving it a different vibe. You can wear it with a knot on the front giving it a nice touch. We decided to pair it with a sheer button-down shirt to give it a flirty look.

6 ways to wear a dress blazer

Office Look

For a more office type of look, you can add a blazer and a belt. This look works particularly well also with a midi dress. Depending on where you work you can wear this look and make it feel completely different.

6 ways to wear a dress denim jacket

Jacket and Sneakers

A denim jacket is an excellent option when you want to achieve a comfortable and casual look. We decided to pair the dress with some white sneakers and a scarf. Of course, you can make this style your own depending on the season and what you already have available in your wardrobe.

6 ways to wear a dress crop top

 Crop Top

This particular look is different and doesn’t require too much effort. We added a cropped long sleeve shirt and a belt and made a new dress in seconds. Just add some casual heels and done.

6 ways to wear a dress mini skirt

With a Mini Skirt

With just a mini skirt this dress looks completely different. We added a faux leather mini skirt but you can add other options that you already have. Make sure that the skirt is a little bit longer than the dress. If not, fold the dress at the bottom and secure it with some pins.

Try It

As you can see with just a few pieces that you already have in your closet you can make any dress look different for various occasions. Change your accessories and shoes with each option and you'll be amazed by the results. Keep in mind that wedding season is almost here so you can get creative and add your touch.
